Day 2 - Phnom Penh’s Parent & Past

Your tour will start with visiting The Royal Palace, the grand residence of Cambodia’s much-loved King. Explore the complex -the stunning Silver Pagoda and the silver-tiled floor inside. You can find an Emerald Buddha statue studded with 9584 diamonds. Then proceed to the city’s most important temple- Wat Phnom. We can visit the S‐21 (Tuol Sleng) prison camp and Choeung Ek, known as “The Killing Fields”—this seemingly peaceful area where the inmates at S-21 were transported after their confessions. Day 3 - Phnom Penh – Siem Reap

After breakfast, we will travel from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. En route, you will have a chance to stop on the way to take photos and witness the everyday lives of Cambodians as you pass through interesting provincial towns, rural villages, and delightful scenery. We may stop at Skun, also known as ‘Spider Ville, due to the deep-fried tarantula, a local delicacy. Are you adventurous enough to try one? Continue to visit Sambor Prei Kuk, dotted with hundred Pre-Angkor-styled temples. The site, part of the Chenla Kingdom, includes an area of nearly 1000 acres enclosed by double walls and hundreds of temples and towers; its construction predates Angkor Wat for several centuries. Day 4 - Angkor Thom & Angkor Wat

Today, we first drive to Angkor Thom- a walled city-state with various temples. You will find Bayon Temple at the exact centre of Angkor Thom. Appreciate the creative genius! Its 54 towers are each topped off with the four faces of Avalokiteshvara (Buddha of Compassion) is commendable. Then to the T rrace of the Leper King- the royal crematorium. There you will see a statue of the King, but nowadays, it is believed to be Yama, the god of death. Glance at the history of the Terrace of Elephants- a gallery for the King to preside over parades, performances and traditional sports. Throw a visit to one of the most beautiful temples at Angkor, the Baphuon. <br> Lunch at a local restaurant. Then a 15-minute drive to Ta Prohm, the monastery temple of Tomb Raider fame. Day 5 - Siem Reap - Departure

We will transfer to Tonle Sap Lake by taking a boat trip to visit Kompong Pluk. On the way, we will pass floating houses and impressive flooded forests, portraying life on the water. Return to town; we will visit Artisans d’Angkor. There, we can take a tour through the workshops and watch students as they learn how to create silk fabrics and garments, stone and wood carving, lacquer ware, polychrome products, silver plating and silk paintings. - Flights arriving Early Morning or Late Evening & departing Early Morning or Late Evening, passengers needs to book Private Transfers if Schedule Transfer is not operational
- Check-in time of the hotels starts from 14.00 hrs and check out time will be 12.00 hrs. Early Check in/late check out will be subjected to availability of rooms. However Hotel has the right to change the timing without any prior notice.
